Home has central air conditioning, gas fireplace in the living room, a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the conveniences of home. Sleeping accommodations include bed linens, bath towels, and pool/beach towels. living room with large flat screen TV with cable, DVD player, DVDs, Netflix, Prime Videos, Wi-fi, & games. Master bedroom has a flat screen TV with cable, Netflix, Prime Videos. Yard has beautiful gardens, hot tub, above ground pool (in season), and fire pit area. Deck has dining table and barbeque grill. Just a short walk to Electric Beach, a handicapped accessible beach with public boat launch, swings, and jumping off dock for the kids. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and seasonal fireworks either from the beach or from the water, on kayaks or stand-up paddle board which are available for your use. Walk to the Buzzards Bay Park beside the Cape Cod Canal, complete with playground and splash pad, picnic area, and enjoy Concerts by the Canal on Thursday evenings. You can fish from the banks of the canal, walk, roller blade, or ride your bike on the 7-mile bike path and experience the Cape Cod Canal Railroad Bridge, with vertical lift. Also in close proximity are various bars, restaurants, and ice cream shops, bowling/arcade, antique shops, and the National Marine Life Center. Just 2 miles to the Bourne Bridge and 5 miles to the Sagamore Bridge, you can explore the Cape on your own time without dealing with the high traffic times on the weekends. 5 Minute drive to Onset Beach, 7-mile drive to Scusset Beach and approx. 2 miles to miniature golf, go carts, and Water Wizz water park.
